Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 – 14 business days depending on stock availability.

We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. When we have high a volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by 2 – 3 business days. We will send you an email to notify you of any delays.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipment confirmation within 2 -3 business days. We will notify you of stock availability and expected delays.

 

Damages

Top Carpets & Floors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping via The Courier Guy. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally. All shipment within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

 

Returns Policy

Should you want to return any of the products you ordered you have to do so within 5 days of receiving goods. Products should be in the same packaging you received it. Only undamaged, unused products will be accepted.

Start the process by filing a return to our customer service info@topcarpets.co.za. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Refunds will only be paid once the returned products have been received by one of our Retail Outlets (your nearest Top Carpets and Floors branch – Find A Store). Top Carpets and Floors will not be responsible for delivery costs to the nearest Top Carpets & Floors Retail Outlet. Returns take 2 – 5 days to process and you can expect to see a full refund within 2 – 10 business days.
