2 Year Installation Guarantee

As a company in excess of 33 years experience, we wish to reassure all our customers that the installation of any approved product by a member of our Group will be of the highest standard. This R1m “Peace of Mind” guarantee is a pledge undertaken by our members to conform to all installation procedures as determined by the manufacturer/supplier of the approved product. For whatever reason, should a customer not be satisfied with the performance of our member, they will have the reassurance of an impartial adjudication of the dispute. We reserve the right to include outside experts to assist in determining the merits of the dispute and based on this information will provide the customer with a detailed report and course of action. In the event of the cause being levelled at our member, Top Carpets & Floors Head Office will guarantee to rectify or replace the product up to a value of R1m subject to the following Ts & Cs.

The R1m Guarantee is only applicable to Domestic installations and excludes all Commercial Installations*
The product must be an approved Top Carpets & Floors product.
Should a claim be registered after 1 month then proof of correct maintenance procedures must be provided.

** Commercial Installations:

Because most of these projects contain innumerable product variations and a variety of occupants, our Guarantee cannot be extended to this segment of the market. The approved products installed by our members are however, backed by the various guarantees/warrantees of the different suppliers.

NB: The Guarantees And Warranties On Any Products Sold By The Members Of Our Group Are The Responsibility Of And Subject To Decisions Of The Suppliers/manufacturers With Regards To A Claim And Not The Responsibility Of Top Carpets (Pty) Ltd Or Any Of Its Members.

As the Professional flooring Group, we are confident that our trained installers will provide you with the very best installation.Subject to the the product being correctly maintained and not being mistreated in any way, we are happy to reasure our customers with a 2 year guarantee.

10 Day Colour Guarantee

10 Day Colour Replacement Guarantee – Don’t like the colour you’ve chosen? NO PROBLEM! Call us within 10 days and we’ll gladly replace it with any colour in the same range. You only pay 10% of the purchased price to accommodate the upliftment, reinstallation costs and return of your incorrectly selected carpets.

Each of them have different Guarantees and Warranties , which are covered by them and not Top Carpets (PTY) LTD or its members. These Guarantees and Warranties are mainly linked to the correct maintenance of the product installed. Please ensure you are familiar with these requirements.
