R1 Million Installation Guarantee

At Top Carpets & Floors, we’ve been looking after South African homes for more than 37 years. We know that choosing new flooring is an investment, and we want you to feel completely confident when you buy from us.
That’s why we offer our R1 Million Peace of Mind Installation Guarantee.

If you choose an approved product from a Top Carpets & Floors member, you can be assured your installation will meet the highest standards.
If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the work done, you won’t be left on your own. We’ll arrange an impartial review of the installation, and—if it’s found to be at fault—we’ll step in to rectify or replace the product, up to the value of R1 million. That’s our promise to you.

How It Works

• ✅ The guarantee applies to domestic/home installations only.
• ✅ The product must be an approved Top Carpets & Floors product.
• ✅ If a claim is made more than 1 month after installation, you’ll just need to show proof that normal maintenance procedures have been followed.

What About Commercial Installations?
Because business projects involve so many variables and product types, this guarantee is for home use only. But don’t worry—every approved product we install commercially is still protected by the manufacturer’s own guarantees and warranties.

2 Year Installation Guarantee

As the Professional flooring Group, we are confident that our trained installers will provide you with the very best installation.Subject to the the product being correctly maintained and not being mistreated in any way, we are happy to reasure our customers with a 2 year guarantee.

The following Ts & Cs apply:

• The 2 year Guarantee is only applicable to Domestic installations and excludes all Commercial Installations**
• The product must be an approved Top Carpets & Floors product

** Commercial Installations:

Because most of these projects contain innumerable product variations and a variety of occupants, our Guarantee cannot be extended to this segment of the market. The approved products installed by our members are however, backed by the various guarantees/warrantees of the different suppliers.

NB: The Guarantees And Warranties On Any Products Sold By The Members Of Our Group Are The Responsibility Of And Subject To Decisions Of The Suppliers/manufacturers  With Regards To A Claim And Not The Responsibility Of Top Carpets (Pty) Ltd Or Any Of Its Members.

10 Day Colour Guarantee

10 Day Colour Replacement Guarantee – Don’t like the colour you’ve chosen? NO PROBLEM! Call us within 10 days and we’ll gladly replace it with any colour in the same range. You only pay 10% of the purchased price to accommodate the upliftment, reinstallation costs and return of your incorrectly selected carpets.

Nobody said redecorating was easy! Combining flooring, wall colours, fabric and furniture to get your décor just right can be a tricky business, and nobody wants to make a potentially costly mistake… with the 10 Day Colour Replacement Guarantee, you can be sure that you’ve made the right choice.
