  • Floor Condition - Removal of existing flooring always necessary. Self-levelling screeds and moisture barriers required for Laminates and LVTs.
  • Underlay - Numerous underlay qualities exist, leading to price differences.
  • Labour - Ease of access to site, furniture removal all impact staff and time affecting the cost. Staircase installations cost more.
  • General - Many factors shape pricing, requiring on-site consultation for accurate quotes.
    • Remote locations might have extra transport fees.
    • Floors needing self-levelling screeds should budget at least R150/m².
    • Small areas incur surcharges due to minimum material and labour costs.

Applied during production that a sealed joint is obtained when the planks are clicked together. Thus preventing moisture from seeping in between the joints and protecting the HDF core from swelling, thereby minimizing laminate floorings moisture absorbing properties, resulting in no swollen pushed up edges, ensuring that your flooring looks beautiful for years to come.
