There are numerous items that need to be considered when providing an actual quotation. The following are a couple of examples.

  • Area - Room size and shape impact material quantities. Carpets come in various widths; Laminates & LVTs have different planks sizes affecting wastage.
  • Floor Condition - Removal of existing flooring always necessary. Self-levelling screeds and moisture barriers required for Laminates and LVTs.
  • Underlay - Numerous underlay qualities exist, leading to price differences.
  • Labour - Ease of access to site, furniture removal all impact staff and time affecting the cost. Staircase installations cost more.
  • General - Many factors shape pricing, requiring on-site consultation for accurate quotes.
    • Remote locations might have extra transport fees.
    • Floors needing self-levelling screeds should budget at least R150/m².
    • Small areas incur surcharges due to minimum material and labour costs.

The MonnFlux Tiles is a new-look, contemporary, range of loose-lay tufted carpet tiles. Elegant proportions, subtle colouring and innovative design detail all contribute to the versatility of this range.

MONN Flux has been inspired by oxidized metal features found in urban architecture. The range is available in four colourways. These colourways are complimented by four metallic effect tiles with lustrous accent yarns that evoke a subtle and shimmering finish. Not only does MONN Flux achieve a luxurious aesthetic but, also allows for endless possibilities in terms of pattern creation.
