  • Area - Room size and shape impact material quantities. Carpets come in various widths; Laminates & LVTs have different planks sizes affecting wastage.
  • Floor Condition - Removal of existing flooring always necessary. Self-levelling screeds and moisture barriers required for Laminates and LVTs.
  • Underlay - Numerous underlay qualities exist, leading to price differences.
  • Labour - Ease of access to site, furniture removal all impact staff and time affecting the cost. Staircase installations cost more.
  • General - Many factors shape pricing, requiring on-site consultation for accurate quotes.
    • Remote locations might have extra transport fees.
    • Floors needing self-levelling screeds should budget at least R150/m².
    • Small areas incur surcharges due to minimum material and labour costs.

Description

Monn Bureau provides excellent sound insulation and improved air quality thanks to its dust-capturing capabilities, making it highly suitable for commercial use. The solution-dyed Aquafil Nylon 6 fibre provides excellent durability and colour fastness, and ensures the longevity of nylon carpets.

The square modules of MONN Bureau allow for a variety of laying patterns. Different colours from the same range can be used to create borders or zones. Bureau’s dimensions are also compatible with MONN Planc and, when used together, provide endless design possibilities. The modular system also allows for easy replacement of individual carpet tiles that may get damaged or worn over time.
