  • Floor Condition - Removal of existing flooring always necessary. Self-levelling screeds and moisture barriers required for Laminates and LVTs.
  • Underlay - Numerous underlay qualities exist, leading to price differences.
  • Labour - Ease of access to site, furniture removal all impact staff and time affecting the cost. Staircase installations cost more.
  • General - Many factors shape pricing, requiring on-site consultation for accurate quotes.
    • Remote locations might have extra transport fees.
    • Floors needing self-levelling screeds should budget at least R150/m².
    • Small areas incur surcharges due to minimum material and labour costs.

Description

Belgotex  Longetivity Grandeur is a tufted broadloom that takes its cue from the rugged yet majestic misty mountain landscapes where wool is often grown. Its chunky looped Berber texture is made to look and feel like a cosy and bulky woollen carpet but does so with Solution Dyed Nylon. That means an impressive natural look carpet with better performance – low maintenance, fibre memory, insulation, and luxurious underfoot comfort.
