  • Area - Room size and shape impact material quantities. Carpets come in various widths; Laminates & LVTs have different planks sizes affecting wastage.
  • Floor Condition - Removal of existing flooring always necessary. Self-levelling screeds and moisture barriers required for Laminates and LVTs.
  • Underlay - Numerous underlay qualities exist, leading to price differences.
  • Labour - Ease of access to site, furniture removal all impact staff and time affecting the cost. Staircase installations cost more.
  • General - Many factors shape pricing, requiring on-site consultation for accurate quotes.
    • Remote locations might have extra transport fees.
    • Floors needing self-levelling screeds should budget at least R150/m².
    • Small areas incur surcharges due to minimum material and labour costs.

The stone plastic composite, or SPC, has extraordinary advantages, such as being extremely economical and practical, making this product a good choice for your home or office. Due to the new upgraded formula, the production cost has come down, making Highlights By Nature not only a better product but more affordable as well. Of course, Highlights By Nature is also anti-abrasive and extremely strong, boasting 100% waterproof and damp-proof properties. This new to the market product has superior anti-slip(ping) qualities and measures up to luxury vinyl tile’s in terms of its anti-mildew and antibacterial nature. Owing to its amazing performance under huge variations in temperature and humidity. Highlights By Nature is formaldehyde free, making for a completely safe flooring solution for both residential and public environments.
