  • Area - Room size and shape impact material quantities. Carpets come in various widths; Laminates & LVTs have different planks sizes affecting wastage.
  • Floor Condition - Removal of existing flooring always necessary. Self-levelling screeds and moisture barriers required for Laminates and LVTs.
  • Underlay - Numerous underlay qualities exist, leading to price differences.
  • Labour - Ease of access to site, furniture removal all impact staff and time affecting the cost. Staircase installations cost more.
  • General - Many factors shape pricing, requiring on-site consultation for accurate quotes.
    • Remote locations might have extra transport fees.
    • Floors needing self-levelling screeds should budget at least R150/m².
    • Small areas incur surcharges due to minimum material and labour costs.

FinFloor Diamond Core Stone Plastic Composite is manufactured with a calcium-carbonate core, mixed with limestone, resulting in a more durable and stable floor that outperforms other classes of vinyl tile’s under hotter temperatures and in wetter climates.The stone plastic composite, or SPC, has extraordinary advantages, such as being extremely economical and practical, making this product a good choice for your home or office.Due to the new upgraded formula, the production cost has come down, making Diamond Core not only a better product but more affordable as well. Of course, Diamond Core SPC is also anti-abrasive and extremely strong, boasting 100% waterproof and damp-proof properties. This new to the market product has superior anti-slip(ping) qualities and measures up to luxury vinyl tile’s in terms of its anti-mildew and antibacterial nature. Owing to its amazing performance under huge variations in temperature and humidity. Diamond Core is formaldehyde free, making for a completely safe flooring solution for both residential and public environments.
