There are numerous items that need to be considered when providing an actual quotation. The following are a couple of examples.

  • Area - Room size and shape impact material quantities. Carpets come in various widths; Laminates & LVTs have different planks sizes affecting wastage.
  • Floor Condition - Removal of existing flooring always necessary. Self-levelling screeds and moisture barriers required for Laminates and LVTs.
  • Underlay - Numerous underlay qualities exist, leading to price differences.
  • Labour - Ease of access to site, furniture removal all impact staff and time affecting the cost. Staircase installations cost more.
  • General - Many factors shape pricing, requiring on-site consultation for accurate quotes.
    • Remote locations might have extra transport fees.
    • Floors needing self-levelling screeds should budget at least R150/m².
    • Small areas incur surcharges due to minimum material and labour costs.

Belgotex ​Clout is a homogenous vinyl composite quartz tile offers strength and endurance, which are essential in commercial, educational, housing, and retail floors. Designers can create a great look with a white marbling effect in 7 modern colours, of which 4 are available in 2 thicknesses. Clout is proudly made in Africa to ISO and SANS standards and is 100% recyclable, which makes it an even more powerful choice.

Available in two different thickness options:

Clout 2.0mm – R220
Clout 2.5mm – R250

Residual Indentation: Pass (excellent recovery from indentation- SAN S 581)
Static Electrical Charge: Classified as electrically insulating. Not conductive or anti-static in nature.
Underfloor Heating: Suitable provided that the temperature of the surface of the sub-floor does not exceed 27°C.
VOC Emissions - Green Building Specifications): 0.01μg/m²/hour

∙ 15 year limited wear warranty.
∙ Manufactured in accordance with S A N S 581 on a prepared Class 1 sub floor in accordance with S A N S 10070.
∙ The newly laid floor must, after 72 hours, be stripped and sealed.
