Guarantees/Warranties

GUARANTEES

• Each of the suppliers/manufacturers we promote and sell via our Members have different Guarantees, which are covered by them and not Top Carpets (PTY) LTD or its Members.
• In the event of a claim, the Manufacturer/Supplier representative will conduct an inspection and decide on a course of action. Should a dispute arise from their report, further interaction will be solely between the Manufacturer/Supplier and the customer and not Top Carpets (PTY) LTD or its Members
• These Guarantees are mainly linked to the correct maintenance of the product installed. Please ensure you are familiar with these requirements.

All the approved products sold by our Group have been carefully vetted and have the necessary Guarantees and Warranties in place. A full list of these suppliers appears below.

WARRANTIES

Please double check supplier/manufacturer warranties.

Be aware that it only covers a narrow element of the products. Depending on the quality, some carpets are guaranteed from 5-10 years. However most warranties only apply to pile weight degradation and nothing more. On Laminates and LVTs their extensive period warranties only apply to the image being abraded. A usage factor applies in the event of replacement.
